Windows Vista iTunes problem iTunes fails to play videos, screen keeps freezing during playback Possible Fix 1. Find where file vbscript.dll is on your PC (usually C:WindowsSystem32) 2. Go to start -> accessories and the right click on command prompt and click "run as administrator" 3. Type "cd C:WindowsSystem32" (use folder where you found the vbscript.dll above) 4.
