Lost contacts on PC or Mobile Phone


This can happen with Live Messenger without warning.

So we suggest back up your contacts on a regular basis or whenever you make a change

To do this :-

1. Open Windows Live Messenger
2. Click Menu -> Contacts
3. Click on "Save instant messaging contacts"
4. Select a folder to save and enter the file name
